Hi C1 team,

I have developed a small website with 10 pages and minimal amount of XSLT/C# functions, C1 data types and so on - so my C1 installation has quite initial state.
I faced the problem that every 30-40 minutes my website is temporary 'dead'.

1)I can see that every 30-40 minutes "IIS Worker process" disappears from "Process List" under "Task Manager" . After that when websites gets new visitor some time consuming operations are called by C1 and "IIS Worker process" appears in "Process List" for my website.(I marked them withh "!!!" on image below)

2)The second issue is  that C1 Log is full of records which says about 'Compilation errors'. Why is that ?

I faced the problem for following C1 version:

Composite C1 2.0 SP1

Build no. 2.0.3947.24461

 Installation ID:cb1a092b-69c6-458a-851b-77562657d094

After that I have installed "Composite C1 2.0 SP1 Patch 1" form System perspective but the problem still exists

Composite C1 2.0 SP1 Patch 1
Build no. 2.0.3980.20024

Could you please have a look at it ?

About issue 1 - I expect the application pool in IIS is configured to shut down after X minutes of inactivity. You control this behavior in the IIS manager.

About issue 2 - could you ZIP your site and mail to to maw at composite dot net? We would like to analyze on it. I expect you can solve the issue by deleting the folder ~/App_Data/Composite/Cache/Assemblies and restart the site.

Hi,

Yes, you are right about the issue 1.

Deleting the folder helped me as well.

Thank you!
