email configuration for Composite.Community.EventCalendar

Hi all,

Anybody knows where to configure the e-mailpart for Composite.Community.EventCalendar so e-mail will be send after signing up to an event?

Have you added SMTP settings to web.config?

Any info in the server log?

Also, make sure you have entered a valid e-mail at "Content | Website Items | Event signup configuration | Standard signup" - edit this item and sanity check the settings there. Except for a dummy e-mail address, the default setup should work fine - as long as smtp config is okay on the site (see above).

adding the smtp setting already did the trick!

Thanks for the feedback - we will review the package install guide and ensure that the SMTP setup is included.
