New features since RC3: Paste MS Word content directly into page content and it will be clean. The Data type designer allowsing fields without a widget. Exceptions in a nested page function will no longer tear down the entire page. Html alt attribute added to images emitted via Visual Functions.
New fixes since RC3: Multiple AppDomains no longer allowed to run off the same folder. Fixed XML file corruption issue where multiple processes messed with the same file (expected). Changes to custom IData interfaces now detected and handled. The toolbar in the 'select media' dialog active by default. Saving a new data item like a blog post will make the tree auto expand and focus a new element, making 'Publish' immediately available. The Parameter editor (used in XSLT Functions and other places) will throw away bad Widget definitions (before the editor failed). Package install will no longer fail on unresolved assembly dependencies. SQL keyword collisions fixed (you can name a data type field 'SELECT' now). Explicit denying defining IData in App_Code to prevent other problems this may generate. XML Editor, saving an invalid xml document yield a dialog with syntax error info - this no longer breaks the editor in Chrome. Now IE9 users can also double click a green C1 Function image in the Visual Editor to activate settings dialog.

We will update the upgrade guidelines within a few days and also provide a free upgrade package for RC3 to RC4.

Awesome! Smoooooooth!

I'm thinking that the widgetless data items means we can have autogenerated items like DateStamps and IP Addresses and not show them on forms without CSS tricks. Wooo Hoo!!
