format definition does not apply to specified selector

Hi,

In my common.xml I defined two formats:

 <format id="standardTable" label="Standard table" image="" notes="The standard table" classes="standard" selector="table">
   <select />
 </format>
 <format id="greenRow" label="Green row" image="" notes="Green row in standard table" classes="green" selector="tr">
   <select />
 </format>

... and here is the corresponding definition in my VisualEditor.common.css:

table.standard {
  border: 1px solid #82BA9F;
  border-collapse: collapse;
}

table.standard tr.green {
  background-color: #82BA9F;
}

So, when I add a table in my Visual Editor in the popup dialog in the "Advanced tab", I can choose the "green" class for the table. Why? Only "standard" should be allowed (because of selector="tr").

Thanx for help,
Stephan
